- Notifications of Copyright Infringement

2. Counter-Notice
Should you think the system has wrongfully taken down your content, you are eligible to send in a counter-notice. The counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- The identification of material that has been taken down and the address from where it was taken down.
- A declaration under penalty of perjury that you have a belief that in good faith the material has been taken down as a result of an error or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and phone number. You should also add a statement that you are agreeing to the authority of the federal court that presides over your district.
3. Actions to Take After a DMCA Notice
When we get a verified DMCA Takedown notice, we will take appropriate actions to remove or restrict access to the infringing material in a reasonable timeframe. We will also inform the user who uploaded the material about the notice.
4. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, TheClearReviews.com may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are considered repeat copyright infringers.
